Fundraising event

Join us on Thursday the 23rd of May for an event fit for a King!

Guests will be piped aboard The Royal Yacht Britannia for a champagne reception in the majestic State Drawing Room. There will be the chance for an exclusive tour of the ship before moving through to the State Dining Room for a sumptuous meal with specially selected wines.

The evening will come to a traditional close with the Beating of the Retreat - adding a touch of timeless elegance to this regal affair.

We will have some fantastic raffle and auction prizes available on the night. All the money raised will go towards our scholarship programme which provides empowering, inspirational development to those studying or working in the hospitality industry in Scotland.

Dress Code: Black tie

Drinks reception: 6.45pm

Beating of the Retreat: 11.00pm

Please note, our payment terms are immediate. Event bookings are not confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full.

HIT events are photographed & filmed and the images & footage may be used by HIT Scotland for publicity purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed please advise HIT or the events team at the time of booking.

HIT Scotland reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled up to a month before the event date, this will be 50% of the cost. If the booking is cancelled less than a month before the event date, this will be 100% of the cost.
