HIT Scotland is a Scottish based charity which raises funds to support & encourage excellence in the hospitality Industry. Our Mission is “to assist people to achieve their potential within Scottish hospitality”
For the last 16 years HIT Scotland has helped those training to enter the industry and those already within, to realise their full potential. This is achieved through practical support; including bursary scholarships, Emerging Talent scholarships, industry events and the Emerging Talent conference
