Kevin Stewart
Partner | Experience Design, Owendale Advisory
I work at the intersection of design, product strategy, and emerging tech, partnering with exec teams to shape what’s next. That means fusing business goals, customer insight, and technologies like AI to drive real innovation and building the teams and capability to deliver it.
From early-stage discovery through to scaled implementation, I help organisations reimagine how they create, validate, and ship. I advise organisations on rethinking their operating models, employee experience, and customer-facing services through the lens of AI.
Partnering directly with executive teams, I help shape intelligent transformation strategies grounded in design thinking and aligned to business outcomes. -

Dr Mark Johnson
Teaching Fellow, Strathclyde Business School
Financial literacy is now an essential leadership capability across hospitality. Managers are making decisions every day that directly impact profitability, yet many have never been formally trained in how to interpret or apply financial data.
“This programme has been designed to demystify finance and give hospitality leaders the tools, frameworks and confidence they need to understand performance, challenge assumptions and drive stronger commercial outcomes.
“It’s not about turning managers into accountants – it’s about enabling better, more informed decision-making across the business.”
