Peter has worked with the Sheraton Group since 1985 starting in the Luxury Algarve Hotel & Resort, followed by General Manager at the Sheraton Park Hotel for 3 years before being appointed General Manager of The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh in January 2000.

Within two years of managing one of Edinburgh\'s leading five star hotels in Edinburgh, Peter has instigated a number of key developments and changes within the hotel, as well as taking on a wider role in the Scottish tourism industry including becoming Chairman of the HIT Edinburgh Lunch Committee from 2001 – 2004. Peter is passionate about supporting people coming into the industry and also those already in the industry and is an established Trustee of HIT Scotland.
