Alyson has over 25 years experience in the catering and hospitality sector. Initially working for Gardner Merchant for 9 years, she moved to Whitbread PLC developing restaurants and bars concepts in both the managed house and retail divisions.
Moving to Granada she was involved in the operation and development of airport, roadside and in-store catering.
Prior to joining the team in Scotland she was Operations Director for Halliday Catering services based in London.
Alyson moved to Scotland 2002, joining Sodexo Prestige as Regional Director responsible for the Heritage & Racing sites; later taking over as Managing Director Responsible for Racing, Stadium, Events and Historic venues across Scotland.
