A Fishy Tale

Another happy HIT scholar! Craig was interested in the product development side of professional cookery, and spent a couple of days in the kitchen at George Campbell & Sons, and it looks like he was definitely "hands on"!

This independent, specialist fishmonger supplys the catering trade in Scotland,  and produce a range of fish products in the kitchen daily, so was the perfect place for Craig to learn new skills, and see where his own career may lead.  Big thanks go to Iain Campbell and his team for showing him round.
