Cerys HITs Award Success

Cerys Bruce from Kirkcaldy will soon be packing her bags for the trip of a lifetime which is guaranteed to set her on the path to a fabulous career in the hospitality industry.

The 22 year old, who is studying NC Professional Cookery at Fife College’s St Brycedale Campus, was nominated by her lecturers to receive a Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland (HIT) award.
