Lausanne Bursary

At the end of January a group of 19 hospitality students and their lecturers, attended a 2-day programme on “A Practical Approach To Customer Service” at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne campus.

During the two days they were skilled in Service Excellence, Verbal & non-Verbal Communication, Trends in the Hospitality Industry, Executive Dress Code and Business presentations using Verbal & Non-Verbal Communications. They also enjoyed a visit to the 5* Grand Hotel du Lac in Vevey, Switzerland, to get an insight into Swiss Hospitality.

Commenting on their visit Linda Papasidero of Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne said: "It has been a pleasure to welcome these passionate and dedicated professionals to Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne and we are sure, that our paths will cross again in the Future."
