Join us on Thursday 28th September in the luxurious surroundings of Ardoe House Hotel in Aberdeen, for this year's HIT Grampian Dinner.
We are delighted Calum Richardson, founder of the mult-award winning Bay Fish & Chips, has agreed to be our guest speaker on the night.
Calum is a highly respected ambassador for Scottish seafood and Scottish fishermen, and regularly works with other chefs, senior figures in the food industry and schools to promote the benefits of Scotland's natural larder.
There will also be an opportunity to sample some of the finest products from Scotland's larder with a sumptious 3 course meal prepared by Ardoe's Head Chef, Alan Clarke.
